Studied abroad at Tokushima Bunri University in Japan for one year. During that time, she worked part-time at Baskin-Robbins and fell in love with the brand. After graduation, she explored different career paths and later applied to Baskin-Robbins. She passed three interviews and is now an Operations Manager. Her story shows that with passion and persistence, you can build your own future.

Thanks to the university’s strong international programs, he studied abroad in Japan and China. After graduation, he moved to Japan to work, improving his Japanese while learning real business skills. Later, he entered the IT industry, combining language ability with technology. He continues to earn international certifications such as AWS, showing the power of cross-disciplinary learning.

She completed a six-month internship in Japan during her senior year, gaining hands-on experience in a professional workplace. This helped her strengthen her communication skills and Japanese ability while building confidence. After returning to Taiwan, she chose a service-focused career and successfully applies her language skills and cross-cultural experience at work.

During university, she built a strong foundation in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Japanese while gaining a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and ways of thinking. Her exchange study and internship in Japan strengthened her language skills, adaptability, and teamwork through proactive communication and real-world challenges. Now in a Japanese-speaking business role, she works closely with Japanese clients, provides interpretation support, and frequently travels to Japan. As a vital bridge between Taiwan and Japan, she demonstrates strong cross-cultural competence and the global readiness that defines our graduates.

During his career in Japan, he developed a deep appreciation for service, teamwork, and cross-cultural understanding. At first, cultural differences were challenging, but through experience he realized that many differences are not about right or wrong—they are simply different perspectives. This realization helped him develop a more open and flexible mindset. After returning to Taiwan during the pandemic, he became the Operations Director of a Japanese-style hot spring resort, where he continues to promote Japanese hospitality and culture while bringing new energy to the local community.

During his university years, he actively engaged in conversations with international students, using real-life interactions to strengthen his Japanese speaking skills and confidence. From feeling nervous at first to sharing cultures and everyday stories naturally, he discovered that language is not just a tool for communication—it is a bridge that connects people. After graduation, he pursued further studies in Japan, gaining professional skills while adapting to life abroad. These experiences broadened his perspective and strengthened his problem-solving and cross-cultural communication abilities. Today, he works as an instructor at a vocational school in Japan, where he shares his experiences with students and encourages them to explore their own paths toward the future.
